no ratio is always activated !! you must only set uploadspeed to 1.5 kb. download stays unlimited !!

Sry , but there is an error! After it started and I wanna load something , the program crash and it show me the message “Error! Reinstall could help”
But reinstal doesn’t help…whats to do?
