I can’t control my fake upload speed, i’m seeding on waffles.fm and no matter what settings i put, the fake upload speed is always the same! Can somebody tell me what am i doing wrong, please??

I installed azureus and copied azureus.jar…I started program opened torrent and started seeding file… My fake upload was around 25kb/s and I had reached around 100mb of fake upload…Then I turned off Azureus and when I turned it on my share ratio was still 0.001….
My fake upload is still 100mb but my share ration never changes.
Can you tell me what am I doing wrong?

@seba14: safepeer 2.5.1 is as old as dinosaur and was superseded by the built-in ip filter in Azureus long time ago. Neither has the ability to block ips by country.

M not able to fake whatcd. When ever i try to fake the torrent it just shows the seeds and peers, No downloading no fake nothing. But when i turned the fake system off it starts downloading but no fake. So the problem is that when we turn on the fake system it never fakes the whatcd. But your mod is perfectly working with other trackers the only problem is with the whatcd. i hope it will be rectified soon :) and please reply

but i have a problem. when i start a download it begins downloading and after 5 or 10 minutes later my computer loses all of its internet connection. the modem is online and i can surf on my other pc. but the main pc wouldn’t connect till the next restart. what should i do to stop disconnects??

Its time for me to update again, I’m still on one of the v3 based mods, I want to update to this one but there have been a few bug comments, Is this release (320) ok? Any problems other than the ones mentioned in the topic description?
Or is there a more stable v4 based mod? don’t care about little bugs as long as its reporting the correct thing and doesn’t frakk me

it is already comiled! you only have to install the oririnal vuze and replace the downloaded azureus2.jar file.

Hey all, I’m having problems with 233 reporting my upload to the tracker. The fake share ratio and fake upload speeds are both reporting that they’re working, but the tracker itself is reporting zero bytes uploaded. Is anyone else having this problem? Does anyone have a solution? Thanks!

check these points:

Well i installed WINE on my CestOS and i downloaded Vuze 4.2.0.7 B01
And then i downloaded the Linux/OSX ver for build 235
And i installed the vuze overwrited the linux files and trying to run Azureus.exe and nothing happens…its not openning…what im doing wrong ?

I need your help with below issue.
Eversince I installed vuze 4.2.0.2 with the hacked abuse mode. there is a site that is recieving from the program a data that I’m cheating.
Can you please tell me if I need to change anything in the program so it will not send those reports to the site?
Or please tell me if I can do anything else to prevent them from recieving data from me.
Here is the last massage I get from the site:
“Please be advised that our anti cheating routines have highlighted some inconsistencies with data being reported to our tracker from your torrent client.
We respectfully request that you change your torrent client as technically we have listed Azureus as a banned torrent client, partly for the reasons mentioned above.
Please review the approved torrent clients listed on the Home page and try one of those.
Please change your client at your earliest opportunity as should these inconsistencies continue to be reported we will have no option but to suspend your account”

Unfortunately the older Version dont work with OSX 10.6.
If i install 4.2.0.9 and copy over given hack for this version Azureus isnt starting any more, so i suppose its a windows only version?

Hey people - I did some work on the 236 release for OSX Snow Leopard and have it working in the archive here.
Please someone up it to the normal places so Seba gets credit for the downloads.
Use the 4.2.0.8a dmg as a base, which fixes all issues with Snow Leopard.
Then, as usual replace the jar.
Password is same as normal :)
