@seba It’s funny because you say you ENABLED ALL FEATURES….but we never disabled any features (for favored any VIPs), just required a FREE sign up.

@RECON I’m pretty sure our mod has more features….cough, spoofing other clients.
Shu, on the other hand, DOES limit features via login. No Upload is only available if you are an “Advanced User” or “VIP”.

@DDJ No, the only hack you ever made was to remove the login requirement that was needed with The SHU mod. Now when that is removed by someone else. Its not your making anymore because your “mod” is still SHU Mod with “perfect spoof” Witch isen’t perfect at all btw! Still you deserve creds together with Ghostfucker for starting to code it, keep up the good work but don’t take credit for something that you did not do. The mod is all SHU with only some small addings. Also you said that SHU is not active any more, how come the two latest SHU mod is Abuze Mod 4.2.0.0.232, Abuze Mod 4.1.0.5_B01.231 and thease was also made public straight away. That SHU demands donations is fuckedup donations should be given if wanted not forced on anyone, bad SHU :p
BTW Seba did not say he hacked/cracked anything, because he didn’t someone send him the crack. Here’s some words from the cracker

@RECON, The login is a pain in the ass because sometimes the login process takes to long and your hack settings gets lost “unchecked” witch is dangerous if you have active torrents.

C’mon changing the login box and add a few java scripts to updated BitTorrent client Client versions. This 12 Euro I don’t care for VIP. Doing Ads on a site and get 30 VIP’s every month
At the end most block the phone home with them firewalls.

The meaning was if login is requred it doesn’t matter if its shu or anyother forum. Standalone with all enabled is much better.

@Fantom Mate, you are hilarious.
I never claimed Shu’s original work, and yes, all I ever “did” was hack the client so that people did not need to donate 30 Euros. Although on some occasions I fixed up some slip ups on Shu’s part before he released an updated version. Hell, we even give credit to Shu at our original posts on SB-I.
As a PhD student I frankly don’t have the time to implement new features that not even I want, myself. That’s where Ghostfucker comes in. He now has the motivation to spoof other popular clients and frankly, he’s doing a decent job to getting this stable and reliable. From what I’ve heard, his latest work is much stable than the current release…and well..come on, this is a step up from the original Shu mod. Also, from what I’ve heard, Shu has had trouble with spoofing the “magical” uTorrent handshake….but don’t quote me on that.
So what do I have to do with it now? I provide SB-I with an auto-updating SVN repository which automatically updates Vuze to the latest CVS core and patches the appropriate source files. What does that mean? It now only takes a single double-click to compile and package a new version of Vuze with the latest CVS for and hacks provided by Shu. myself and Ghostfucker. Handy? Sure is.
As for this “Cracked” version…we knew it would happen. It is Java after all, and that’s easily decompilable. Hell, we even built in a backdoor for our own SB-I Advanced Users so they did not need to use the login…we really didn’t try hard with protection, trust me. But we do realize that any Java-based protection is futile.
Our first version of the “Extreme Mod” however, was obfuscated. Why? Well it’s obvious: we didn’t want our unique code stolen on first release…it sort of worked, even though we had to trade off the new spoof for use of plugins. I was one of the few people against the obfuscation, simply because the amount of plugins that would be disabled. So why do we still have the login, you ask? Good question, it’s useless now, but we get pretty annoyed when some of our original mods (eMule and otherwise) are stolen and completely rebranded with no credit to the original developers…which we’ve seen happen in the past and on this site.

Oh, and as for Shu’s activity.
There was a fairly long period in which Shu made no updates, not even private versions…but I still kept the Core updates rolling. It’s only been the last few month’s that he’s started up again….and even so, they’re just Core updates, no active feature development (well, not for the public at least).

Hi. Can some1 HELP ME please!!! i am running Windows XP and have installed the above files (starting with the original Azureus) and then after extracting the zip file i replaced the Azureus2.jar file with the cracked one. after opening up Azureus it shows as being cracked and i also have the new tab in the options where it allows me to set up the fake uplaod limit but unlike previous versions i dont have a tab indicating the fake upload and fake share ratio.. Also with the original Azureus jar file, downloads are fine but after replacing it with the cracked jar file it just doesnt seem to download and the status is stuck in waiting.. could some1 please help me?? Thank you!

Don’t get me wrong or anything as I said credit should do where credit should do. Both of you are doing a great job. Why Shu haven’t done this yet I don’t know, maybe it’s because he want’s it to be “safe” before he releases it? About the other stuff you’ve done I don’t know and that’s not the point. The point is that the log in system is crap and dangerous

@Fromie I must admit, I also wasn’t really into the login system idea…and it was sort of rushed out. To be honest, I never even used it…because of our backdoor.
As for stealing, we give credit to Shu in the mod and we don’t believe in re-coding something that’s already been refined. However, yes, I suppose we are stealing Shu’s “donations”, but frankly, we believe it should be free WITH all features available. Which is why we “stole” the mod to begin with.
Shu is more than welcome to steal our code now, but we wanted a bit of the spotlight with our first release. We never asked for donations.

Sorry with my earlier post was some kind offensive, but this hacked version (4.2.0.0) without the log-in thing was really openning faster here on my crappy computer maybe it was saving some CPU cycles without the check or don’t know. But now that SB-I team updated to 4.2.0.3 and removed the log-in check maybe it doesn’t have difference now.

Great job!
It would be nice to add feature “Ignore private flag” for private trackers.
It’s will allow for private trackers to use DHT. I mean enabling DHT for any tracker.
This is feature there is in µtorrent leecher pack but absent in vuze.

Does anyone know how to disable Vuze from forcing at least 0.5 ratio as the minimum for Share ratio? (or atleast make Vuze count fake upload amounts?) This slows down my speed :(
